CORPORATE RELATIONSHIP COORDINATOR

Waikato · Hamilton · 

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a member of Philips Search and Rescue Trust’s (PSRT) Fundraising Team, the Corporate Relationship Coordinator will primarily focus on the establishment of the corporate supporter program, and will own and develop the relationships within this program.  They will proactively engage with our existing corporate donors to maximise their support, and will engage new corporate donors to grow our corporate supporter program.
You will be great at creating and maintaining relationships, be highly organised, communicate effectively and have a high level of attention to detail.

YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Amazing attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to maintain successful relationships
  • Experience in an administration or corporate role
  • An ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  • Competent in Microsoft Office
  • A positive, team focused attitude
  • Ability to work with confidential information adopting the highest degree of discretion

CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OFFICE SUPPORT

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a member of Philips Search and Rescue Trust’s (PSRT) Marketing Team, the Customer Service and Office Support person will proactively support every aspect of PSRT's fundraising and marketing initiatives. A primary focus for this role is to support PSRT to provide exceptional customer service with everyone who interacts with us, either face to face, through written and on-line communication and over the phone. You will keep the office running smoothly at all times including ensuring the office environment and the equipment within is adequate, and support the smooth and efficient running of the entire PSRT team. You will support the Fundraising and Marketing teams with additional tasks when required, be highly organised, communicate effectively and have a high level of attention to detail.
